It has been just a week since I was in the Green Mountains of Vermont, actually I would be 2 hours in right now, participating in the Spartan Agoge 60. It was an extreme 60hr challenge of physical, mental, and spiritual endurance. It encompassed team based and individual challenges to transform your life and find your "True North." It was an incredible event and truly one of the toughest challenges in the world today. During this event everyone came to a place where they thought that they could not take one more step forward. Those people that actually train with me know that I dislike exercises that are not functional in nature. Which is why I always prefer 100 push-ups to 5 sets of bench press any day.
