Target Heart Rate Zone

Most people have a Fitbit or some kind of activity tracker and while steps are good to track knowing your heart rate and the zones that you need to be working in are far more important. To really reach your athletic potential you need to know the specific heart rate you should be working in and how that will build your endurance level for your chosen fitness activity. My fitness level as a endurance athlete that caries heavy, awkward objects is much different from a sprinter running 5k race.
