The Complete Guide to High-Intensity Interval Training

I love Hiit Training. It is one of the ideas that I use in my own training to get ready for fights as well as obstacle races. I believe that we need to be ready for that explosion at all times. So I love th fact that I can get in a great training session in less than 30 mins rather than the 3 hours I used to train. This way my body has the time to recover and really be ready to compete the way that I need to. Check out this training guide.
