There are so many products out there that are labeled as health food. Much of it is no better than the regular food that is literally killing us. We really need to take the time to understand nutrition and find what is right for our bodies. I personally believe that this is getting back to more natural foods. This doesn't mean that you need to be completely vegan, but getting back to a plant strong diet will help with ever ailment and diet related issue that you struggle with.
