There have been so many advancements in our world in the last 100 years and fitness is no different. The athletes have become better, faster, more well conditioned. I have been fortunate to be working with some of the best people in the fitness industry and have been part of some of the newest developments in fitness today. There are some big changes and ideas that are going to be challenged in the near future, but the result will be better training and more well developed athletes with less injuries and better recovery. So lets take a look at where we have come from and get a clearer picture of where we are going.
