The choice really is between High Intensity or Muscle Cinfusion. Both are excellent programs and will get you in great shape. Insanity incorporates more bodyweight movements and jumping, while P90X incorporates weights and bandwork. I personally love Insanity Max 30. It is only 5 days a week for 30 mins a day. You go as intense as you can for as long as you can then finish the rest of the time at your own intensity. Then as the weeks go on you can see your growth.
