The Health Benefits of Quinoa

This is probably my favorite ancient grain. Not only does it fit into my low carb eating it is delicious. Quinoa is naturally low on the glycemic index and has so many other vital nutrients in it. So it becomes my favorite pasta or rice replacer. You can mix it with any vegetables and tofu to make a great stir fry or Thai dish.
