The Workout You Should Do Once a Year

We all need to take time to invest in our fitness and health. To do this properly you have to find out where you are and what you need to work on. This is why personal trainers will take you through a simple set of exercises to determine your fitness level and then track your results to have tangible evidence that you are constantly improving. I know people in my group fitness classes that couldn't do one pushup when they started and now a month later can do 10 full pushups. Or people who could barely stand on a Bosu, now doing Bosu jump squats. It is an amazing transformation that we can make in strength and even body type if we contine to work at it.
