I am going to start off by saying that over 70% of people, even those who say they do, are not eating healthy. We often know so little about nutrition and even less about what we are actually putting in our bodies. We think that because something says diet, glueten free, fat free, health food that it actually is. Often advertising will stretch and completely lie about the truth to sell their product. We don't understand how to read labels, even if you do the wording used takes a scientist to really understand. So if you think that you really know what you are putting in your body or know the amount of nutrients in it, you are sadly mistaken. I would rather get more than enough nutrition than to have too little nutrition and live in our nutritionless society. It makes us feel run-down, depressed, weak, etc. I don't want to live that way, so check out this article and find out what you need to be doing for your body.
