I have never been a big fan of dance classes, however I know lots of great dance instructors and I know that people absolutely love to dance. It is not the way that I relate or am able to train, but it is a great workout and can really help with many different things. Not only will you lose weight, tone up, but also improve your mental state. There is something about that release when you dance that elevates your mood and helps you deal with life better. So whether it is Zumba, Hip Hop, Ballet, or Interpretive go dance your heart out and feel better.
