Preventative treatment and Rehabilitation for Plantar Fascia

If you are a runner you have probably faced this problem before. That nagging, almost crippling pain in your arch and heel. Welcome to the world of planar fasciitis, where waking up in the morning is a struggle to even walk. If you struggle like I do there are several was to combat or to rehab from this injury. It is slow and difficult but in time it will get better and better. This article will give you the exercises you need to do to prevent and rehab this condition. They have completely transformed my issues. I went from severe foot pain to mild to non existent almost overnight. I still have minor foot pain, but it is significantly decreased.
