16 Things I Wish They Had Taught Me in School

I believe that traditional education has failed us in so many ways. Our schools teach very little that actually educates our children and continues to set them up for failure in a society built around a piece of paper that isn't worth anything. We are set up to believe that if we get our degree in whatever specialized field that we choose that we are equipped to be in that field. Now I am not suggesting that doctors should self study. However there are lots of fields that need more practical study time than being in a school setting. We often find those people who spend all their time in academia are terrible employees.
