Eating Intuitively

This is from an article, by Signe Darpinian, in Law of Attraction magazine.

"Bottom line: Dieting is coming from a place of "lack." We can't resume our bodies preferred weight by arguing with the reality of where we are currently. To return to our natural shape, we have to let go of negative thoughts about food and our bodies and replace them with better-feeling thoughts---thoughts that are in harmony with our higher selves."

"In other words, we need to return to eating intuitively. When we eat from our natural state---i.e., a state in which we're willing and able to listen to our body's innate intelligence---then we return to our natural shape.

Eating Intuitively
1. Eat when you feel actual hunger.
2. Develop an equal relationship with all foods.
3. Use the three T's
    -taste
    -texture
    -temperature
4. Trust your body's wisdom
5. Stop at "just enough"
