15-Minute HIIT Workouts

If you can truly get in a HIIT workout you can definately get a great workout in, in less time. The problem is that often we are not doing high intensity interval training. We may be doing high volume but if your form and intensity suffer than you are not really getting in the work that you need to be getting. So either keep your intensity high, which requires lots of endurance. Or vary the intensity and  while keeping quality form. This will help you push your endurance and get the best results from your work. It is not always the amount of reps that you do, it is the quality of the reps that you do.
