When people find out that I am vegan I always get asked, what do you eat? As if the only thing people could ever eat is meat and meat products. It is amazing that people cannot even fathom eating vegetables primarily. Even though for most of human history that was our primary source of food. Now that we live in a culture that can get meat anytime that we want we have quickly forgotten the benefits of a plant based diet.
