Seven Amazing Five-Minute Exercises for a Healthy Spine

Many of us complain of almost constant back pain. This can come from lots of issues. You could have tight hip flexor muscles that are pulling your spine out of alignment. You could have actual spinal issues. Or you could have a weakened core by simply living a American life. The third is the most common. We tend to stretch very little and constantly sit at 90 degrees which continues to weaken our core and our spine takes the brunt of that abuse. So here are some great exercises that can help you combat that. Ultimately you can also make sure that you get below 90 degrees as much as possible to build up proper range of motion for a overall healthier body.
