Time and money are always a concern. Both of those seem to be in short supply in most of our lives. This is why bad food and fast food are so popular. We can go in and order and within 3 mins we have a complete "meal." The problem is that they "meals" are not only terrible for you they are nutritionally deficient. They are literally killing you.
