One of the biggest excuses that I hear about eating healthy is that people don't have enough time or that they don't even think about it. With a little planning and fore thought those excuses can be a thing of the past. The real issue is that those people have not found a large enough reason to give up the habits that have caused them so many issues. This is how you change things for good.
