Top 10 Reasons You Aren’t Seeing Results

For years I have been hearing the same questions about getting in shape and making progress. So many people want to see instant results without putting in the actual work. There are lots of different factors that could go into the fact that you aren't seeing the results that you want. The first and obvious is that you are not doing enough work. This covers over 75% of people. I have seen people only do half the exercises other people do. Or my favorite, professional fighters that hate doing the conditioning necessary to fight and then wonder why they gas out in fights. The second covers about 90% of people.
