As a huge proponent for functional fitness exercises I know that we need a variety of movement to truly get healthy. We need mobility exercises as well as weight bearing movement. We need both cardio and strength. The better balanced we can become the better health we will be in. This is really the ultimate goal. To be the best, healthiest person that you can be. This takes a little bit of everything. So mix it up. If you are currently only doing weight training start doing some yoga and cardio.
