How To Live With Food Restrictions

Whether the restrictions are self imposed (vegatarian, vegan, etc) or doctor imposed we need to find ways to modify our lives to eat well and be healthy. In a culture where most people live in excess it seems to be a real challenge for people to actually restrict their diet even at the risk of their health. I don't know how many people tell me ever week that they could never give up meat or cheese, no matter what. It is amazing to me that as more and more research comes out about GMO products and processed food consumption that people will continue to eat them as their waistlines increase and they are diagnoised with disease. Rather than be preventative and limit the gorging on unhealthy foods and taking the conscious appraoch and being healthy for the long term they choose to ignore the obvious and continue down the path. So no matter where you are this article is important. There are so many pitfalls and we need to know how to live inspite of all that.
