Light Exercise for Dark Moods

I am a huge follower of Tony Robbins and I fully believe that to deal with many of the depression issues that we face today is to change our physical state. If we allow ourselves to stay laying on the couch with the windows draped we will stay in the same mood that we are already in. If we change our physical state, move around, open the blinds, exercise, etc. Our mood can instantly change. One of the best ways to do that is to get in some light exercise. You don't need to kill yourself. Not only do all the positive endorphins start firing in your brain, you are also doing something with a positive result which will help you feel that sense of accomplishment. So if you are feeling blue, get up and move around and see if you don't feel better.
