Why Swimming Is So Good for You

This is the one sport that I really struggle with. However, I was challenged to do an Ironman in the next year so I decided to get a coach to help me learn to do more than just not drown in the water. The first day that I trained I didn't realize how difficult it is to move through the water. It works every muscle. It is very deceiving.
