I have learned a few things in my 35 years on this rock. One of them is that we determine how we feel. No one can change how you feel, you always allow it to happen. If it does happen you still have a choice and can change your mood or state in an instant. It is a choice that you make. So many people have told me that it's not possible and I have expereinced it first hand. We literally do it everyday and don't realize it. If we stayed in a nasty mood all the time it would be incredibly hard to hold a job and function in life. So we naturally adjust our moods depending on the situation that we are in.
