The 7 Do's And Don'ts Of Bodyweight Strength

I have always believed that true strength is always functional strength. Having the ability to bench press 400lbs doesn't mean anything if you cannot move in a functional range of motion. If you end up in the woods and a bear is coming to eat you your not going to challenge him to a bench press competition. You better be able to move and get up that tree.
