Gluten free has become a big theme in the last few years. So many people are going on gluten free diets. This can be potentially harmful if you don't actually have a gluten intolerance or allergy. However, for those who do have issues with gluten it is completely necessary. So where do we draw the line, is it just a weight loss option or a real medical decision?
