Crohn’s Disease Linked To Additives Common In The Food We Eat

Many of the diseases that we once thought were genetic we find are more based on lifestyle and a nutrition problem, rather than a predisposed genetic problem. Genetics definately plays a part but it is a small part rather than an unescapable inevitability. For so long we thought just because our parents have it we mus be destined to get it ourselves. This is completely false. The real problem is that we often follow the direction of our parents and we learn from them, so if they eat garbage, most likely, so will we. So the probablity of having the same issues becomes more than possibile, it becomes likely. So check out this article about Crohn's Disease and how it can really be a dietary issue.
