This is definatley a skill that I have not mastered. Most people say it is all in the training. You have to run hills to get better at them. Some say walk the uphill and run the down hill. One thing that is for sure, it is all about grit and determination. You have to set small goals and keep pushing, no matter how high the hill is. I know that I have spent lots of time on the side of a few mountains, dying, just putting one foot in front of the other.
