There are some things that we all need to practice if we are going to live strong fulfilling lives. So many people that I know struggle with depression and anxiety, they can never seem to get a handle on their emotions so they can lead normal lives. It really is a shame. I often wish I could do something to help them, but then realize that they need to find their own way.
