I currently teach 4 TRX classes a week and I am always looking for new, dynamic exercises to help my clients get in the best full-body fat blasting workout possible. Suspension training is a great way to get people moving without having to use any extra equipment and only using their own bodyweight as resistance. One of the best things is that they control how much weight they are bearing by their stance and how far away they stand from the anchor.
