Five Ways to get Energy Naturally in the Morning

If you are waking up and feeling sluggish or have a tough time getting your day started here are some great ways to get that early morning energy. I personally have been off caffiene and sugar for the last 3 weeks and have been feeling great after I got off the intial withdrawl symptoms and headaches. So I don't know that I would recommend that one suggestion. However, getting an early morning aerobic workout is great for boosting your energy all day long. So get up and get moving and be more productive than ever.
