Laughter as a Form of Exercise

I always try to use laughter in my group fitness classes because whether we know it or not laughter is a great way to work you core. I have also done some great laughter yoga classes. Not only do you feel amazing and get a great core workout, you completely change your state. Your body really doesn't know the difference between real laughter and fake laughter. So the fake laughter produces the same chemicals as real laughter and often turns into real laughter. This gives your body a complete workout.
