It definately takes a team of people to run a business. There is not one person who is good at everything and doesn't need help. Those of us that have started our own businesses need to realize that we can only carry it so far on our own. I know I have found that I am the creative person behind Warrior Vacations but when it comes to the business side and the marketing piece I needs as much help as I can get. These are areas that no matter how good I get at them there are always people more talented than I am. So I defer to those people and my business runs better. This becomes even more problematic when the business is running for a while and it is no longer the "new" business.
