8 Calorie-Burning Myths Debunked

This article has some good information in it, but that is not the reason I am posting it. What I really wanted to illustrate is the unbelievable amount of misinformation out there about diet, nutrition, and fitness. Everyone is always debunking each other. Paleo is wrong. Veganism is wrong. CrossFit is wrong. HIIT training is wrong. I have yet to find anything that doesn't have someone trying to disprove it's value. The real reason for this is that there is no one solution. We are all different and respond to different stimuli. You need to find what rings true for you and do that. I personally love being vegan and change up my workout regularly focusing on endurance. So it really depends on what your personal goals are and how your body best performs. Take time to study and figure it out, it will be the most important decision that you will ever make.
