HOW TO RECOVER FROM A FEW DAYS OF EATING LIKE SHIT

We all do it, so don't act like you don't. It is hard to train and eat clean. It is a daily struggle to make good food choices when we are surrounded with the easy convenience foods. I know I just got back from the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus Ohio and you would think that I could eat healthy, but being so busy it is tough to eat well in the midst of the madness.
