How Bad Do You Want It?

This post, while specifically being about fitness, can be part of every facet of our lives. It is possibly the most true question that you can ask yourself. How bad do you want it? Do you want to lose weight, how bad do you want it? Do you want to be healthy, how bad do you want it? Do you want that new job, how bad do you you want it? Do you want to start your own business, how bad do you want it? To achieve great things you must be willing to sacrifice and pay the price. The question always is, how bad do you want it? YES you can have the results that you seek. YES you can make it through the 60hr Agoge. Yes you can push through all the naysayers and become the top of your field. YES you can lose 100lbs and complete turn your health around. What are you willing to change? How bad do you want it? Often people are not willing to make the time or push as hard as they need too, or curb their diet to make the right changes. So how bad do you want it? Are you ready to make a change? You can have it, just reach out and take it.
