We often try to push too hard to fast in yoga. We all want to do those cool balance poses those skinny girls and guys can do. This is also the reason why so many people stop practicing yoga. We need to slow that down and realize that we may never be able to do those things and it may not be good for our body to every do those things. Slow down and enjoy the benefits that yoga has for all people (whether you can touch your toes or not).
