Bodyweight Exercises for Beginners in Parkour

Parkour is great exercise and has many other benefits other than jumping over buildings in several bounds. As a matter of fact I have been doing some parkour training in preparation for my Spartan Race this Sat. I am excited to see how well it has prepared me for the rigors of an obstacle race.
