This is the no B.S. list about fitness. I am also a huge proponent for functional fitness. It is all about moving and strengthening the things that help us live a long healthy life. I respect and love body builders, but for the normal person or an athlete that is not the way to go. We need functional fitness and sport specific conditioning for athletic performance. Too often we get caught up in the perception of what fitness is rather than the practical application. The main reason for joint problems and obesity are the same, lack of dynamic movement.
