How to Declutter the Mind and Finally Concentrate

This is often the little known fact about yoga. All of the positions, all the stretching, all the breathing is in place to get you to do one thing....RELEASE. In America we think of yoga as another workout routine, a way to slim down, tone up, or burn calories. When in fact it is really all about connection and quieting yourself so you can enable that connection. With that in mind I almost contradict myself because I have a difficult time with quiet yoga. However, this has little to do with the intent of yoga and more to do with the ADHD that I constantly struggle with. This is why yoga is so good for relaxation, but it is so much more than that. It is a complete grounding within the energy that sustains all of us and connects all of us. It truly is beautiful and unique.
