How to Determine Your PERFECT Workout Plan

We all need to customize our workout plans. It doesn't help to do the same thing every time you train. It gets super boring. On the flip side it also doesn't make sense to do something that is so challenging that you will never stick with it. P90x and Insanity are great programs, but what is the sense spending the money if you are only going to make it through two workouts and then find other things to do. So the biggest two things are keeping it fresh and keeping it sustainable. One of the easiest ways to do this is to get friends to do it with you. Competition is great to push yourself to the next level. Whatever you decide to do just make it fun and make it sustainable and you will always make your fitness goals.
