My First Spartan Race....today in Indy

I am running my first Spartan Race this afternoon. So this is the only blog I will be posting today. I am excited and determined to make it to that finish line. I tore my rotator cuff a few months ago, but rehab has been going well and I am around 80%. I plan on killing it today and am tapped up with strength tape.
