Plyometric Training - What is it All About?

One of my favorite training methods for really working people is plyometric training. It is called many different things Hiit, Explosivness training, Jump training, etc. I love to use it specifically for fighters who need to be more explosive in their movements. This helps them to have the muscular endurance to last through a very demanding fight. Not to mention it makes them faster and more powerful by working those fast twitch muscle fibers.
