Exercises to Deal with Anxiety

I just had a conversation with a good friend of mine this morning about this very thing. We all deal with anxiety some is mild and other people deal with serious debilitating anxiety. We need to realize that we have many options on dealing with all types of anxiety and it all stems from how you deal with your situation. Do you allow that situation to hijack your life? Or are you able to identify what is causing you the anxiety and remove and replace with something that causes you less anxiety? Can you get to a mindset that gives you the ability to let go of the things that you can't control and take responsibility of the things that are under your control?
