It's funny I just had a conversation with my dad about this very topic. He is a pretty inactive guy, 68 yrs old, with diabetes. He was mentioning how he has been losing muscle mass over the last several years. It is becoming increasingly hard for him to do simple things. It is always so hard to get it back once we allow it to slip away. It happens over years of neglect and inactivity. This doesn't mean that you need to be in the gym everyday, but you do need to up your physical activity. Stay active, keep moving, and lift weights.
