100 Days of Fitness: Week 13 – Travel Training

I look through lots of blogs and articles to find things that I really believe will be helpful to the people that are reading my blog. This series is one of the best fitness articles that I have found. This specific article is about training while you are traveling. One of the things that I struggle with is making sure that I get my training in on the road.
