I know so many people who hate getting up in the morning and just struggle to get started. They remain grumpy and it effects their whole day. I really believe that the way you wake up in the morning changes the outlook on your entire day. I am also that annoying person that always wakes up ready to go and am non-stop for the rest of the day. I wake up at 6 am everyday. I function best at 5-6 hours of sleep and if I could I would sleep 2 hours a night, because I feel like sleep is a waste of time.
