Eat Fat 2 Burn Fat

Somehow in nutrition we have gotten this idea that if we only cut out the things that are causing us to gain weight we will lose weight. So we cut out fat or carbs, but we fail to realize that we need the nutrients that come from these sources to remain healthy. So from a holistic perspective it is better to have healthy sources of fat or carbs rather than manufactured refined sources of the same. The goal should not only to be as skinny or well defined as you want to be but to also be as healthy as you can be. So get healthy and check out this interesting article.
