As an entrepreneur who provides a service business rather than a physical product there are always behind the scenes things that happen that no one sees. Often people looking from the outside in don't see much going on. However, often it can be one email or phone call that can change everything and either take your business in a whole new direction or stop it in it's tracks. The key is to maximize these efforts while they are happening getting the most out of each and every moment. If you push too hard you risk burnout and diluting your real goals. To be a successful entrepreneur I don't believe there is a "lazy" but it can certainly look that way in the building stages. So if you are going to be "lazy" be the best "lazy" you can be and make every moment count.
