Six tips for easier start of morning fitness

Lots of people love to workout in the morning, personally I like evening training. When I work out in the morning I feel sluggish the rest of the day rather than energized. But some people really need that kickoff or if they don't get it done early they are too tired to push themselves to do it any other time of the day. So here are some great tips to get your butt up in the morning and get going. Yes, some of my students that have been having issues making it on time to class in the am, this is for you.
